Put It Out There TV Free Beat License Agreement
This license is to establish the rights of the Artist (“Licensee”) to the use of the beat according to the set terms and conditions established below by Put It Out There TV (“Licensor”).
ADVISORY
Any privileges not expressly granted by Put It Out There TV (“Licensor”) shall not be exercised directly, nor indirectly by the Licensee and/or its assigns/contractors/officers.
Licensee will be responsible for any and all sample clearances, holding Licensor harmless for any present and/or future legal litigations related to the beat.
Beat comes “as is”. If Licensee wants any changes to be made to the beat, Licensee must process a payment for a non-exclusive lease license (current price of beat in our official store + $100 Change Fee). This is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
Licensor waives all legal liability.
Any violation of the terms and conditions of this license, by the Licensee, can and may result in termination of the privileges granted by this license; including but not limited to legal litigation.
Licensee must remain a current subscriber to our newsletter to receive monthly free beats.
License will immediately become void the moment Licensee terminates subscription to our newsletter. If this were to occur, Licensee immediately loses all privileges to any and all beats ascertained via monthly free beat giveaway, and may be subjected to copyright claims by the Licensor, possibly leading to Licensee’ s music being removed from any and all streaming platforms.

LICENSOR RIGHTS
Licensor retains all exclusive rights of ownership to the beat.
Licensor reserves and retains the right to file copyright claims when Licensee has exceeded the life of the license.
Licensor reserves and retains the right to terminate this license, and change the terms of this license at any given time, for whatever purpose the Licensor sees fit, with or without notifying the Licensee.
Licensor does not waive any rights whatsoever.

LICENSEE CAN (PRIVILEGES)
Use this beat for commercial purposes in the following ways
In conjunction with lyrics as a song released on any and all streaming platforms.
In conjunction with lyrics as a song released as a Music Video.
In conjunction with lyrics as a song released on albums, compilations and mixtapes.
For profit and non-profit performances
Use the beat for 1-year.
Renew the license for a fee if exclusive rights have not been purchased by another party.
LICENSEE CANNOT
Publish and/or release the beat on streaming platforms for monetization without lyrics.
Resell the beat for commercial gain including but not limited to sync licensing.
Transfer rights to another party.
Use the beat for more than 1-year WITHOUT paying a renewal fee, having an amount to be determined at the time of renewal.
Release song on Soundtracks
Use Content ID, nor use a similar technology on the beat.
Do anything outside of the privileges granted in the “LICENSEE CAN” section of this agreement.
